Potato Barn is a very Upscaled Furniture store, with very Unique Items

 

MARKET DATE

November 20th 5-9pm & (we may adjust this to 4-8pm)

November 21st 9-1pm

 

SET UP DATE TIME

Friday 3pm Day of, Must be set up by 4:30pm

Saturday 7am Day of, Must be set up by 8:30am

 

COULD THERE BE A POSSIBILITY OF OTHER VENDORS THAT SELL THE SAME PRODUCT OR SERVICE?

Possibly Yes, we have an open market for anyone that is in Arizona

 

VENDOR FEE

10 X 10 BOOTH (WHITE CANOPY) OR FOOD TRUCKS & FOOD VENDORS

$50 per day

A white or cream canopy is required, the only other exception is a custom canopy with your business name on it. Please have proper weights on your canopy for stability and safety. 

 

SET UP INSTRUCTIONS

We will be setting up in the Front Parking Lot of Potato Barn, Please bring Dollies and Carts to transport, you can set up right in front of your Space, but just to drop items off then Park in the East Parking lot, leaving front parking to Customers.

If you are booking both days You WILL HAVE TO TEAR DOWN AND SET BACK UP IN THE MORNING.  All canopies must have strong weights in case of Wind or Rain.

FOOD TRUCKS AND TRAILERS, can stay there over night. (No canopies or tables) due to possible winds or weather.

Everyone will make sure your area is clean and nothing is left on the floor.
